These Terms & Conditions govern the services provided by Microcript Technologies (“Microcript”, “we”, “us”). By engaging us or using this website, you agree to these terms.

1. Services

We provide digital and business-support services including business registrations (GST, MSME/Udyam, FSSAI), branding, website and app development, marketing, automation and AI. The exact scope, deliverables and timeline for your project are agreed in writing (by email, quote or invoice) before work begins.

2. Quotes & pricing

• Prices shown on our website are indicative starting points for standard scope.
• Government fees, statutory charges and applicable GST (18%) are charged separately and shown in your quote.
• A custom written quote is provided for any non-standard or bespoke work.

3. Payments

Unless agreed otherwise, work begins after a booking advance. Remaining payments are made at agreed milestones (for example, on design sign-off and on delivery). A valid GST tax invoice is issued for every engagement.

4. Client responsibilities

• Provide accurate information and documents needed to deliver the service.
• Respond to requests for inputs and approvals in reasonable time.
• Ensure you have the rights to any content (logos, text, images) you provide to us.

5. Government registrations

For registration services, we act as a facilitator that prepares and submits applications on your behalf. Approval, processing time and the final outcome rest with the relevant government authority and are outside our control. Our fee covers our professional service, not the authority’s decision.

6. Intellectual property

On full payment, ownership of the final deliverables created specifically for you (such as a logo or website) transfers to you. We may display non-confidential work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to. Third-party tools, fonts and licences remain subject to their own terms.

7. Limitation of liability

Our total liability for any claim relating to a service is limited to the fees you paid us for that service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays caused by third parties, government processing, or information not supplied on time.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Chidambaram, Tamil Nadu.
